  • Identification
    Spot discrepancies or opportunities through audits, feedback or internal checks. The sooner you spot something, the faster you can act.
  • Categorization
    Determine the impact: is it a small deviation, a big mistake or an opportunity to work smarter?
  • Cause Analysis
    Look for the real cause. Tools such as 5x why or a fishbone diagram help address not just symptoms, but the root cause.
  • Size analysis
    Check if the problem is broader. For example: unauthorized use of one application - could this happen to other apps as well?
  • Correction
    Fix the problem immediately. Consider a process adjustment or a quick fix.
  • Corrective measure
    Go for structural solutions: improve procedures, train employees or automate where possible.
